Graphic Designer at

Mel Robbins Productions Inc.

My first design role out of school was with Mel Robbins, where I gained hands-on experience creating at scale and collaborating directly with a public figure.

Early challenges

As a new designer, I entered a fast-paced media environment where content had to be produced quickly and consistently. The challenge was not only keeping up with demand but also creating a cohesive look across multiple campaigns and channels.

Contributions

I developed daily social media graphics, designed e-book campaigns, and supported book and product launches. I also contributed to guest experience design for The Mel Robbins Show. Working one-on-one with Mel, I established design systems for her social platforms—many of which remain in use today.

Collaboration & growth

This role taught me how to navigate different personalities, manage quick turnarounds, and collaborate across a media team. I learned the value of scalable systems, clear communication, and balancing creative vision with production realities.

My time with Mel Robbins gave me a strong foundation in both design and process. It was the start of understanding how design can shape a brand’s presence daily, while also teaching me how to adapt, scale, and collaborate in high-pressure environments.
