Aligned Strength, a fitness coaching business, needed a brand that reflected its holistic approach—mindset, training, habits, and nutrition—without leaning into the hyper-masculine or overly “wellness-y” aesthetics common in the industry.

I worked closely with founder Colleen to understand her vision: approachable, professional, and grounded in science. We focused on how to visually communicate balance, structure, and flexibility while staying accessible to a broad audience.

I created a clean, modern identity system centered on strong typography, a bold yet approachable color palette, and simple iconography representing the four pillars of coaching. The brand was designed for scalability across digital platforms, print collateral, and social templates.
